ABOUT HEIDI
Heidi Aemisegger began her career as a dancer, driven by a passion for art and creativity. She spent over 25 years as a performer, choreographer, and director, leading her own company, Oeff Oeff Productions, for 18 years. Inspired by Jean Cocteau's quote, “I didn't know it was not possible therefore I did it,” Heidi believes in the power of achieving the seemingly impossible.

Heidi is also an experienced Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga teacher (YACEP, E-RYT-500) and a student of life. During many years of practice, study and devotion she acquired a wide range of knowledge in Pranayama, Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy and Sanskrit which are also now part of her teachings.

She has studied with great masters and teachers such as Shri O.P. Tiwari, Paul Dallaghan, Manorama, Eddie Stern, Petri Räisänen, Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, Manju Jois, Saraswathi Jois, Richard Freeman, Grischa Steffin, Kristina Karitinou, Sharon Gannon, David Life, Petros Haffenrichter and many others.
In her spiritual practice, Heidi offers Akasha readings and guidance, helping individuals find their purpose and embrace their soul's journey. She believes in the transformative power of these practices to guide people in their quest for a meaningful life. Her approach is nurturing, yet empowering, fostering a deep sense of trust and courage in those she guides.

Her guidance is a beacon for others to explore and realize their fullest potential, encouraging them to align with their deepest aspirations and embrace the journey of their soul.

For 9 years she was the co-owner of Daya Yoga (later Jivamukti Yoga Bern). She is the founder of Ashtanga Yoga Bern and one of the main teachers of the 200h Yoga Teacher Training Bern and the director of the 300h program.
